Project Introduction:

Jiangsu Building (First Tower) is the earliest high-end office building in Shenzhen North District. It is a high-end modern comprehensive building with offices, shopping malls, apartments and parking lots invested and constructed by Shenzhen Jiangfei Industrial Development Co., Ltd., with 51 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, the whole building is 208 meters high. It stands in the core area of the city with a sword soaring into the sky. It is the only large-scale commercial building in the municipal cultural district (calculated until 2005).

Project Content:

This tower is a 5A intelligent building synchronized with the world's advanced level. It adopts the BRAND-REX integrated wiring system of the British BICC Group, the CONTINUUM building automatic control system of the American ANDOVER, the Japanese TOA public address system, the American EDWROS automatic fire alarm linkage control system, the American PELCO security monitoring system and Anju Baoke Video intercom system, Sichuan Jiuzhou cable television broadcasting system, etc.
