IBT’s earliest IoT landing project, China's green building model project. The first batch of building energy conservation and green building demonstration projects in Shenzhen. Obtained the American LEED platinum certification; the 2010 Shenzhen Quality Professional Engineering Award; the use of non-ceiling lighting design scheme.

Project Introduction:

The project is located in the Dameisha Tourist Resort in Yantian District. It is a landmark large-scale building complex integrating hotel, apartment, office, entertainment and leisure, exhibition and commerce. It belongs to A-class high-rise building, with a total construction area of 121301 square meters, a building height of 35m, 6 floors above the ground and one underground (partial mezzanine). The structural form is mainly reinforced concrete structure, partially using steel structure. The equipment used for power supply is composed of several relatively independent functional areas. The above-ground part is divided into four parts: SOHO office, Vanke headquarters, operating hotel and property-owned hotel, and underground is divided into international conference center, supporting part of operating hotel, equipment room, garage and six-level air defense, etc.
