Project Introduction:

The School of Administration is located at No. 66, Longzhu Avenue, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, with the beautiful Tanglangshan Park in the north and Longzhu Avenue in the south, with a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The college covers an area of 100,000 square meters, the total construction area is about 40,000 square meters, and the landscape green area is nearly 70,000 square meters. The college is planned to be three functional areas: administrative teaching area, student living area, and faculty living area. It has administrative teaching building, library information center, cultural and sports activity center, student apartment, teacher and expert apartment, student canteen, staff canteen and supporting facilities. There are 15 buildings including underground parking lots, outdoor sports facilities, outdoor landscape water systems, landscape lighting systems and other supporting equipment and facilities. There are more than 300 guest rooms (sets) in the college student apartment and teacher apartment; there are 27 classrooms and meeting rooms, including 2 lecture halls with simultaneous interpretation function, 12 classrooms (meeting rooms) with remote teaching function, 1 speech classroom. The college's information intelligence subsystems are organically combined to achieve collaborative work, resource sharing, and multimedia teaching and online learning.

IBT's specifific responsibility includes: integrated wiring system, network system, server system, satellite cable TV system, program-controlled switch system, background music system, remote meter reading system, building automation system, integrated security system, building centralized management system, office automation system, digital conference system, speech classroom system, digital library system, computer room system, etc.
