Project Introduction:                           

Construction site and scale of the project: Located in the east area of Civic Square in the central area of Shenzhen, at the northeast corner of the intersection of Shennan Avenue and Jintian Road, in the central area, Plot 26-3-2. The total construction area of this project is about 103,174.71 square meters, of which about 80,000 square meters for above-ground buildings (calculated as floor area ratio), about 20,000 square meters for underground buildings, and a total building height of about 180 meters. Number of floors: 36 floors (main building), 12 floors (Annex Building).
