Guangzhou CNPC Tower is an integrated complex building located at No. 199 Huangpu Avenue Central, Tianhe District.

The world's first IoT project for the renovation of an old building.

Project Content:

SAFTOP IOT-LINK technology and products are used in smart lighting terminals, air conditioning fan coil terminals, identification terminals, security alarm terminals, video linkage terminals, fire alarm linkage terminals, visitor system terminals, and emergency help terminals. It can achieve data sharing, linkage and energy saving.

Feature Example:

The entire building shares 5 chillers, with hotel floors running 24 hours a day and office floors running 8 hours. Using SAFTOP Internet of Things technology to connect everyone's behavior with air conditioning/lighting/elevators/security devices, monitoring the presence, absence, or movement of people during a certain period of time, automatically executing corresponding actions, starting, stopping, and adjusting various controlled devices, achieving intelligent servo and meticulous, refined energy-saving.
