Project Introduction:

The project is located in Guanhu Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, covering an area of 56200 square meters and a building area of 355900 square meters.

The project is constructed according to the standards of grade A tertiary comprehensive hospitals, with 1500 beds and 2496 parking spaces planned to be constructed, with a total investment of about 3.279 billion RMB.

IBT is responsible for the construction of this project: Information facilities system (including IBMS integration, integrated wiring, information network, public address, information guidance and release, wireless intercom, clock, elevator five-way intercom, conference and other systems), security technology protection system (including video monitoring, intrusion alarm, electronic patrol, access control all-in-one card, parking lot management, parking space guidance and other subsystems), building equipment management system (including building equipment monitoring, energy supervision and other subsystems), medical information application system (including waiting call signal system, purification area background music system, visual intercom system and other subsystems), computer room engineering (including UPS power supply, computer room equipment, main and standby information room decoration, etc.).
